REAR HOUSE KITCHEN EXTENSION

LABC Building Excellence Award submission 2016 in a category for best extension or alteration to an existing home. The house, built about 1905, had been altered to add a loft conversion and redesigned to create a more spacious and modern feel. The large family room that accommodates kitchen, dining and living spaces, is the new heart of the home where the whole family gets together. The rest of the spaces in the house were reconstructed as well. The result is a beautiful interior carefully tailored to meet the clients’ needs compounding both – outstanding features and technical innovation.
