Building and construction company VA Build Ltd was founded in 2001 by Vidas Anderson. We have been in the building industry for over 11 years before establishing the company. Over the years we have built up a great team of workers as well as reputation with clients and professionals alike. Excellence is always at the forefront of what we do and our reputation is second to none.
We take pride in building projects that are successfully completed to the customers’ satisfaction, on time and within strict budgetary constraints. We work within the M25 area and have undertaken building projects in many areas of London.
We are proud to have projects accepted for submission in LABC Building Control Regional Building Excellence Awards in 2019 and 2016.

VA Build Ltd company is an approved and certified installer of Polyroof cold-applied membrane roofing systems suitable for loft conversions, house refurbishments, rear house extensions, etc. VA Build Ltd undertakes domestic, new build, listed buildings, conservation, sub-contract and industrial roofing works in all aspects of roofing including slate roofing, tile roofing, flat roofing, rainwater goods, fascias & soffits & lead work which we specialise in.
The polyroof system is produced by an ISO 9001:2000 approved company and is the first such system to receive BBA approval. The system withstands regular foot traffic and is highly resistant to vandalism. The system comes with a full, insurance backed 20-year manufacturer™s guarantee.
VA Build Ltd company is an approved and certified installer of Delta waterproofing systems mainly suitable for the basement extension/conversion best waterproofing performance. VA Build Ltd certified specialists understand dampness, and the associated problems, and can be employed to examine the site, install the system and thereby ensure the best possible performance of the Delta waterproofing system.
Delta waterproof membrane systems can come with a 30 year product and up to 10 year installation guarantee as long as it is installed by a registered installer, i.e. VA Build Ltd. Based on experience, accelerated ageing tests and a quality manufacturing system to ISO 9001, the Delta product range can also be guaranteed with confidence.
